If you’ve ever been bathed in the vibration of a crystal bowl, lulled by the hum of a gong, or softened by the resonance of a tuning fork against your body, you already know: sound heals in ways words never could.
Maybe you’ve felt the power of sound in your own body and are now wondering: How do I learn this? Where can I train in sound healing?
This is a question I hear all the time from women, healers, and seekers who are drawn to this ancient art. The truth is, there are many programs that promise to train you in sound healing—but not all training is created equal. And if your heart is calling you to use sound as a sacred medicine for women’s health, cycles, and womb wisdom, then the path you’re seeking is a little different than the mainstream.
Let’s talk about it.
When we say we want to train in sound healing, we’re talking about more than just learning how to play an instrument. Sound healing is not simply banging a gong, striking a bowl, or running a mallet across chimes. It’s about listening to energy, working with vibration, and tuning into the subtle body.
To train in sound healing is to learn how sound can be a language that speaks directly to the nervous system, the womb, the blood, the bones, and the soul.
There are three main components I consider essential for a sound healing training program:
Embodiment – You don’t just learn about sound; you learn to feel it in your body and trust your intuition.
Technique – Understanding the instruments, the resonance, and the science of frequency.
Lineage & Application – Where this work comes from, and how it can be applied in a grounded, respectful, and relevant way (especially for women’s health).
And this is where most sound healing programs fall short.
A quick search online will show you plenty of weekend workshops or online courses that promise to certify you in sound healing. And while these can be a fun introduction, they rarely prepare you to use sound as a true healing art.
Most programs:
Focus only on instruments – without teaching you how to listen and respond.
Ignore women’s health and the womb – leaving out an entire dimension of healing.
Lack integration of ritual – making sound a tool rather than a living practice.
Yet we know from both tradition and science that sound is more than a performance—it is medicine. For example, research published in the National Library of Medicine suggests that sound vibrations can reduce stress and support emotional regulation (source). And studies of sound-based therapies such as tuning fork healing show measurable shifts in the body’s nervous system responses.
So if you’re serious about stepping into this path, you’ll want training that honors the depth of what sound can truly do.
That’s why I created the Rebel Rising Practitioner Path—a 9-month training program for women who are ready to step into the feminine arts as healers, guides, and leaders.
One of the pathways inside Rebel Rising is the Sound Priestess Concentration, where I train you to use sound not just as performance, but as medicine for womb wellness, hormonal health, and feminine embodiment.
Here’s what makes this training unique:
✨ Womb-Centered Sound Healing – You’ll learn how sound influences the menstrual cycle, pelvic health, perimenopause, and beyond. This isn’t generic sound therapy—it’s rooted in the wisdom of the feminine body.
✨ Ritual-Based Practice – Sound is not just played, it is offered. You’ll learn to weave sound into ritual and healing ceremonies, making it a sacred tool of transformation.
✨ Integration of Ancient Medicine – My background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism, and holistic women’s health informs every layer of this program. You won’t just learn sound—you’ll learn how to use it in harmony with other healing modalities.
✨ Embodied Training – This is not a weekend crash course. The one weekend or two week courses don’t even scratch the surface of the healing power of this modality. Over nine months, you’ll be supported in embodying this work, practicing with others, and finding your unique voice as a Sound Priestess.
This isn’t about learning “tricks.” It’s about becoming initiated into the vibration of healing and walking the path of the feminine healer.
There are many sound healing teachers out there. But my work is specifically for women who feel called to heal the cycles, wombs, and spirits of other women.
I have trained extensively in sound healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and feminine health.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women through pelvic steaming, herbal medicine, and sound.
My teaching style is poetic, embodied, and rebellious—because healing doesn’t happen in a straight line, it happens in a circle.
When you train with me, you don’t just get skills—you step into a community of women reclaiming the feminine arts together.
If your heart is whispering yes—if you know sound is part of your medicine path—then I invite you to explore the Rebel Rising Practitioner Path.
This is more than training. It’s a remembering. A reawakening of your voice. A reclamation of sound as sacred medicine for the feminine.

Where you choose to train in sound healing matters. If you want to learn how to play bowls and gongs, there are plenty of places that can teach you. But if you want to learn how to use sound as a sacred tool for womb wellness, feminine ritual, and soul healing—then this is your home.
Because here, in the Reproductive Rebel’s circle, we don’t just play sound.
We become sound.
